12 Reasons Why Fitz Is The Worst Part Of Scandal

*Spoiler Alert*

Scandal is without a doubt an incredible show. It's compelling, mentally stimulating, and captivates its audience so that they're hanging on every word. The characters are real people. They're not impeccable, but they are redeemable. Olivia is everyone's dream. Cyrus is admirable because of his drive and patriotism. Fitz is the worst.

1. He shouldn't even be President.

The election was rigged. Even Olivia, who sees the best in Fitz, didn't think he could honestly win. He's one of the most powerful men on the planet, and he got there illegally.

2. He's awful to Mellie.

Mellie is not a nice person. We can all agree on that. But she is still the mother of his children, and she deserves his respect. He should at least be civil to her.

3. He can't make a decision between Mellie and Olivia.

Instead, he wavers between the two, but not even in a redeemable way, like for morality or love. He wavers because he's worried about his political career.

4. He seduces Olivia during the campaign despite her trying to be professional.

This is kinda creepy. She's his employee and simply being professional. She's able to keep her feelings under wraps, but he seduces her anyway.

5. When he gets drunk, he attacks Olivia.

NEVER OKAY.

6. He pushes Olivia even when she's not comfortable.

They are having an affair, which is their prerogative, but no means no. There are multiple times where Olivia doesn't want to do something, and Fitz pushes her until she agrees with him.

7. He uses his love for Olivia against her.

Pretty much every time Liv and Fitz fight he just says "I love you" (or some form of it) and kisses her, then acts like everything is ok. That's cute if it's a minor argument and you only do it every once in a while. When you're arguing because she doesn't want to be your mistress anymore, not okay.

8. He expects Olivia to wait around for him.

Dude's delusional. He's the freaking President of the United States of America. He can't marry Liv and he knows it, but he wants her to wait anyway.

9. He's used to getting his way.

He's a spoiled little rich boy who just does whatever he wants. Yes, he's the President. No, that doesn't mean he can always have his way.

10. When he doesn't get his way, he throws a temper tantrum.

He's the President for goodness sakes. NOT a five year old who broke his favorite toy. The temper tantrums aren't cute.

11. He had the nerve to judge everyone else for their wrongdoings even though he murdered Verna.

Yes, Hollis and Cyrus have ordered people to be killed. But he literally murdered her with his own two hands. And then got all judge-y about everyone else rigging the election! Newsflash Fitz: murder and dishonesty are NOT on the same level.

12. He never listens to Cyrus even though that's why he hired him.

Cyrus is really smart politically, but Fitz ignores his judgments anyway. Because he's Fitz.

13. His stupid "one minute". UGH.

One minute is not even close to long enough to give to the "love of your life." These minutes are a perfect example of everything that's wrong with him. He expects everyone to revolve their lives around him, but he can't even give more than one minute of normalcy to Olivia? Seriously dude?

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
