Midterms, a time of despise and hatred amongst college students. Why do we have them? Don't we have enough stress? Who ordinated this? We all have certain thoughts during this time of the semester.
1. I just need to get through this week.
If you don't recall ever thinking or saying this, chances are you have. It seems as if college is the constant cycle of "just getting through the week."
2. Just kidding, I just need to get through this week too.
But then another week comes up and you have to get through that too.
3. I should study but there's Netflix.
To find the motivation to study is a pretty difficult thing. But sometimes we just choose to not follow responsibilities and just turn on Netflix instead.
4. Lol, a test tomorrow? Nope time for bed.
We all have that midterm that we know we don't really need to study for because it's an easy class or a project. That means it's time for bed!
5. I should probably study.
Yes you probably should.
6. Where's the study guide that they said would be online?!
Professors lie, where the hell is this study guide that they said would be online!?
7. When's winter break?
Basically, when is winter break?
8. Do I actually need to study for this test?
Because I'd rather do things like sleep or watch Netflix.
9. I'm loosing my mind
What college student isn't loosing their mind?
10. Tomorrow's my long day.
It's the constant cycle of going day by day and week by week. It seems as if every day is your "long day" now.
