I have learned college is the best time to be with your girlfriends. It is a time of freedom that allows you to be who you are and embrace your own quirky personality. That is why this time of your life is the best time to prioritize the time you have with your girl friends. These are the ones there for you when boys disappoint. So, grab some popcorn and m&ms, get the bluebell out and don’t be afraid to pour your heart out to these girls – they’re the ones guaranteed to be with you for the long haul.

Here’s why you should totally date your friends:

1. They are the best sleepovers


2. They will laugh at the dumbest stuff with you

3. Always down for spontaneous road trips

4. Want to try all the newest restaurants in town

5. Bring you your favorite things when you’re sad

6. They're completely honest with you

7.Will stay up and talk with you all night

8. Won't judge you for eating too much ice cream

9. You can cry and they know exactly what to say

10. You can be completely yourself with them

So, whenever you're feeling down about yourself, just look to the girls who always have your back. They're the ones who will support you and love you regardless of your ridiculousness or emotional moments.
