There's no denying that this week has been ruff for all of us. It seems as though everywhere we turn, there's a presidential candidate's face. Each time we refresh our Facebook feeds, there's someone new barking about their opinion on the current election. No matter how hard we try, we can't dig a hole for our bones deep enough to escape from the political talk.
This week, there will be plenty of people who voice their opinion about the new president of the United States on the internet. Here at the Odyssey, I'm sure there will be no shortage of articles based around the historic events that have taken place within the last few days - and rightfully so. Hilary Clinton Lost. Donald Trump won. Some are happy. Some are devastated. The rest are confused.
I believe that having knowledge and an opinion on this election, as well as the ability to share that voice with others, is an extremely important and powerful freedom to have. While we are in the midst of a divided nation, the social media that binds us together is a powerful tool that we should use to our advantage.
With that being said, I am not here to do that today. Instead, I want to provide a break from all of the stress, fighting, and chaos that is circulating the web. This article is to remind you that fluffy, living, breathing balls of love exist. Puppies exist, and therefore, everything is going to be OK.
