1. ISTJs are often uncomfortable with overly emotional people or situations while INFJs are annoyed of emotionally detached individuals. The INFJ may feel unequal in the relationship as they feel less satisfied in their overall relationship with the ISTJ who has all of their needs met while the INFJ are left emotionally untouched.

2. While INFJs have a need for understanding emotions, ISTJ are less concerned with the feelings of others which can create a drift between common ground in a relationship. This may cause the INFJ feel useless in their emotional connective abilities as ISTJ don’t often concern themselves with their emotional state.

3. INFJ often find ISTJ very superfluous with their need for order and rules. Sometimes the ISTJ play extremely close by the rules of the book to be considered human by the INFJ. Likewise, the ISTJ may feel uncomfortable by some spontaneous tendencies of the INFJ.

4. The superb level of organization and cleanliness that ISTJ have amazes INFJ, and the ISTJ can appreciate the INFJ’s ability to understand and respect this part of them.

5. Both types have a respect for knowledge and facts.

6. Like the INTJ’s impeccable foresight, ISTJ have their own abilities due to their organized analytical nature. These individuals can predict likely scenarios that help them to avoid certain negative situations from arising.

7. There is a mutual respect regarding the Introversion that both types have. When they had enough of each other, they don’t take it personally. However the way this is done is very important. ISTJ upset INFJ by being unintentionally insensitive with their need for some solitude, while the ISTJ become upset by the INFJ’s tendency to quietly disappear without notice.

8. ISTJ dislike being expected to read the thoughts of the INFJ, and rather be told exactly what is being meant by the INFJ.

9. That being said, INFJs are more elusive and soft when it comes to what they really mean, which can frustrate both of them because the INFJ wishes for the ISTJ to be aware of their intentions through hidden meanings.

10. INFJ and ISTJ work well together when there is a specified goal. They make a great a team because of the ISTJ’s capability for productivity and organization that the INFJ respects. In return, the ISTJ benefits from the INFJs ability to adjust and to be the perfect amount of unexpected surprise. They are both dependable for one another to get the job done well.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
