Is YouTube Red really worth the money?
Youttube

so about a week ago I was working at my job as a baker. as the baker i am in the back of the bakery making bagels and when I am alone for hours in the back baking and prepping food i would listen to music as much as i would like. then one day i decided that i was bored of my music i had and decided i wanna listen to some of my favorite YouTube celebrities talk. then came the first realization everyone has when they get YouTube on their phone , you cant lock your phone and still listen to the video. so i at first decided ill just have the video play and i wont watch it, except it drained my battery like no other between the screen and the app my phone only lasted for maybe 2 hours if that. A little later on I was told by my brother about the YouTube music app and he told me that if i get the app i can close it and listen to music still. so i decided to get it and at first i was kinda mad that i needed YouTube red to even use the app in the beginning but oh was it so nice to close out of YouTube and it still played for me.i was even more surprise when i found out that with YouTube red i could do the same for YouTube itself. this then pose the question since YouTube music required YouTube red is it really worth it?

well in all honestly with the use of red costing about $10 i was skeptical and actually was not for it at all really. i decided to give it a chance and let go on my phone for a month while i figure out the pro's and cons of it so this is what i found for both YouTube red and YouTube music with red enabled

Pro's of YouTube red and YouTube music app

1. you can close your phone and it will keep playing. this is very nice and its good to save battery on your phone.

2. you get access to YouTube originals. this is a meh thing unless your favorite YouTuber has a series, for me its Mat-pat and game theory but since there is only 8 episodes makes it not as interesting

3. you can get a downloaded playlist on YouTube music, this is what makes the YouTube music app change from just YouTube and makes it more like Spotify but with videos and music.

Cons of YouTube Red and YouTube Music app

1. well you have to pay $10 for red to have a function that should be already enabled for the app itself

2. the oringinals are not all that impressive and since there is only a few right now its not really worth the $10 it cost

3. the music app has some glitches and playing music you have disliked still, Jon Mayer, half of my heart why have you plague me so!!

4. the music app will not let you close out of it and let it play unless you have red which means that its not really worth having the app if you listen to the playlist of music you have on YouTube anyways

verdict

i don't believe YouTube red is worth $10 but it maybe worth 5 or 6 dollars if anything. since the youtube originals are very small right now its not really worth buying for hte oringinals maybe give it a year to get new ones and a larger veriety up for the service.the music app is not really needed if you make a playlist on the youtube app since all the music in the music app can be played with the oringal youtube. the music app is only really nice if you want random music that is simular to your taste but hey guess what pandora and Spotify does that for free. all together i would not spend more then $10 on this app once and then i would cancel and just watch the videos normally, sad really it could of been great if they offered more.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
