We have recently found out that our beloved Shemar Moore, aka Derek Morgan, aka the best agent in the BAU, has left "Criminal Minds." It is heartbreaking, it is frustrating and "Criminal Minds" will officially never be the same.

Why is he leaving? Because he is trying to be a badass in his life and accomplish everything he wants to do. Like get married, and have some kiddos, and expand his career. So basically it is because Shemar Moore has to be so amazing in every way that we are losing him. But, if you don’t believe me that you should definitely be heartbroken over this loss, then I will explain to you my logic.

Reason one:

He is the most beautiful, fearless and caring agent in the BAU. Did I mention he is very attractive? Oh, and his smile is amazing!

Reason two:

He is Reid’s person, his older brother and his mentor. Now he is going to make Reid sad, and Reid won’t have anyone to turn to, and we don’t want the "kid" to be sad.

Reason three:

The show will never, I mean never, be the same.

Reason four:

They will probably add someone to the show to replace him, but the truth is, nobody can replace him.

Reason five:

Probably the biggest reason to be devastated, Penelope Garcia and Derek Morgan’s relationship will forever be missed. Their love is just perfect, and inspiring, and ugh, please just come back, Derek.

Reason six:

When Derek calls Penelope “baby girl,” maybe it’s just me, and maybe I am imagining it, but he just has this look in his eyes like he is talking to me personally through the TV. That is what I will miss—hearing him say "baby girl."

Reason seven:

This is a devastating departure because I cannot watch the agent that is equally as amazing as he is stupid, anymore. Sometimes I just want to yell at the TV when he puts himself in a stupid situation where he could possibly die.

Reason eight:

Whoever takes his spot will never be as compassionate. Remember when his cousin was kidnapped, and he was about ready to kill the man who did it? Well he was stopped, however, you could just see in his eyes the care and compassion he has for his family.

Reason nine:

Since Shemar Moore left, men don’t have the perfect person to watch on how to treat women anymore. As the saying goes “Every women deserves to be talked to like Derek Morgan talks to Penelope Garcia.”

I think Derek Morgan is just such a beautiful and great individual, there's no way that any woman will ever get over this heartbreak.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
