5 Reasons Every College Student Needs A Happy Planner

As the next semester is quickly approaching as much as we do not want to, we have to start thinking about classes, books, projects, stress and everything that will be causing it. College is very hectic and busy for every student. It can be very difficult to manage all of it if you do not have a method to stay organized. I recently found out about the "Happy Planner." I looked up what they were all about and quickly realized this is a necessity and bought one.

Here are five reasons why every college student needs to get a Happy Planner!

1. The style

Every Happy Planner I have seen are always so cute and makes you want to live a happy, fulfilled life. Most planners will have a quote on the front so that every time you look at it, you remember to 'seize the day' or 'enjoy the little things.' Here are a few cover options:

2. The Collections

Whether you want to organize your classes, your life, or even your fitness life, the Happy Planner has a collection that will suit you best.

3. The positivity

The Happy Planner has dividers for each month and every single one has an inspirational quote on it. College is stressful and difficult most of the time. Sometimes we can handle all the papers and projects thrown at us, however sometimes we are just in complete disarray and need a little motivation. Well open up your planner, and before embarking on your project get reminded and motivated to do your best.

4. It's fun

The Happy Planner has stickers, bookmarks, sticky notes, and anything else you can think of to make your planner fun and not something you dread looking at because it contains your assignments. Why not make your planner as fun as you can, add a 100 stickers to it or add 5, whatever you want!

5. The reminder

The Happy Planner, helps you refocus on the positive things in your life. It acts as a reminder to find happiness in every day. The school year it's difficult during the months following the excitement of moving back in to see happiness in every day, but we cannot spend our entire school year worrying about the next project or paper due, we need to remind ourselves that staying positive and organized will help us tremendously!

I encourage every college student to pick yourselves up a Happy Planner, it is well worth it!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
