Let me say it again: I don't want Kendall Jenner's body.
Some people might think I'm crazy. She's slender, has legs for days, and can pull off any outfit. With the recent announcement that the sought-after model will be walking the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show this year with her best friend, Gigi Hadid, girls everywhere will be Googling "how to get Kendall Jenner's body" or "what workouts does Kendall Jenner do?"

Laxatives.
Yes, I'm serious. Kendall Jenner has admitted that she drinks 12 cups of detox green tea a day. Detox teas often have the same effects and ingredients as laxatives. Laxatives, when abused (or, you know, consumed through 12 cups of tea a day), can cause a plethora of health issues. Overconsumption can cause damage to your internal organs, most notably the colon, kidneys, and heart. It can also cause your body to become dependent on laxatives in order to have bowel movements. Not to mention, laxative abuse increases your risk of various types of cancer. The laxative effect of detox teas can also negatively affect your birth control pills, thus putting you at risk for unwanted pregnancy.
With all the negative effects detox teas can have on her body, one would think that Kendall Jenner would want to stop this body-destroying nonsense and detox from the detox. However, Kendall's at an all-time high right now in the modelling world. She has finally earned the wings she's always wanted. She's modeled for Forever 21, Teen Vogue, Vogue, Sherri Hill, American Cheerleader, Marc Jacobs, and countless other designers, magazines, and stores. She has become the modeling industry's "it" girl. In the modeling world, that kind of success comes with a time limit -- on average, three months. In order to stay relevant, models must maintain their tall, slender bodies, often forcing them to starve themselves, go on fad diets, or (you guessed it) drink 12 cups of detox tea each day.
One more time: I don't want Kendall Jenner's body.
Sure, I may carry a few extra pounds on my stomach and thighs, but I'm also not killing myself slowly with detox teas or doing other dangerous things to lose weight. I'd rather be carrying a bit of extra weight than damaging my internal organs.
Kendall Jenner, you're beautiful on the outside, but I can only imagine the damage you're causing to the inside of your body.
One last time: I don't want Kendall Jenner's body.
