Our best friends are our best friends for many reasons. But when it comes to love, support and inspiration, my best friend takes the cake. She brightens my life in more ways I can describe, but here are 20.

1. It happened naturally.

Who knew the best conversations could happen at 5 a.m.?

2. She always seems the know the right time to call.

This is how I excited I get to hear from her.

3. We can spend hours together and do nothing but talk.

Preferably with tea.

4. Or listen to music.

5. Or do something super random.

6. I trust her with everything.

So I can talk to her about anything, and she does the same.

7. She will let me vent as long as I need to.

8. But sometimes she interrupts to tell me off.

Sometimes you need somebody to call you on your sh*t.

9. She gives the most genuine advice.

Her wisdom and grace continue to amaze me.

10. We can make fun of each other but don’t take it personally.

11. We are supportive of each other’s relationships.

Even though I don’t know of anyone who is good enough for her.

12. She loves my family.

She’s basically a part of it anyways.

13. Getting ready together is actually more fun than going out.

14. She taught me how to do my eyebrows.
