Somedays you feel like life isn't going the way you dreamed it would. Plans don't go as you had thought, work and school seems like too much to deal with, you may have just lost a big game, or you even just feel under appreciated. These days can make you feel as small as a mouse and make you want to cry and ignore the world. It's times like these that make your self-worth decrease and cause you to be down on yourself. That's when you need to remember these few things because one bad day should not make you think you are anything short of amazing.
1. You are loved
No matter what, there is always someone who loves and cares about you. Even if you got into a fight with someone you love, their love toward you is never-ending.
2. You are not alone
Someone out there is willing to listen, help, and care. You may feel as if this problem is too big for anyone else to deal with, but the truth is that sharing your problems could help the problem seem smaller and less overwhelming to you. Your family and friends are always there for you and want to help you. No problem is too big for others to help you handle, and you will never have to do it alone.
3. You are not worthless
You may feel like the world is beating down on you and feel as if you can't handle it anymore. You are strong enough to get through whatever it is. One bad thing does not define you, and it does not affect your self-worth. Everything will turn out OK, and you want to be the best you that you can be when it does.
4.It's OK to cry
Sometimes you need to just let it all out. It is not good to bottle everything up inside, and crying can help with releasing some of it. Crying does not make you weak, it only makes you stronger in the long run.
Days can be rough and life can be harsh. Just don't let it get you down for too long because then you'll miss out on so much. You should just remember these four things and keep positivity around you. Life can seem bad, but there is so much good out there. Always remember that you are always worth so much more than you think. Don't let this crazy world change how you feel about yourself. Above all other things, always keep your head up on bad days.
