- It’s a lie to think everyone else lives a perfect/normal life. No one is perfect. Just because you are more aware of your weirdness and flaws does not mean others do not have that same awareness about themselves. A lot of time the people that try to act like they are perfect are the people that have the most imperfect lives. Perfection is fantasy. It is something that is nice to think about but no one ever possesses it and the more you try the more unhappiness you’ll receive. It’s better to be a little weird rather than a little normal.
- It’s a lie to think you should be non-stop working to achieve your goals. Having the wisdom to know when to work hard and when to give yourself a break will lead to success. Non-stop hard work can be exhausting and people that do this usually very quickly burn out. Also, noting can be successfully achieved if you don’t give yourself time to reflect and learn. Although, it is good to have a plan and always be finding challenges to overcome you also need to stop every once a while and ask yourself if you are happy with what you’re doing. If we you, awesome keep going and if you’re not, awesome there is a better path awaiting you
- It’s a lie to think self-care and love is a selfish act. If you are unhappy the only person in the whole world you can blame is yourself. Mental health should be on everyone first priority list. Learning to love yourself even when your fail will not only improve your relationship with yourself but also it will positively affect everyone in your life. Self-care is a divine responsibility.
