Studying is hard, so let's not. This semester, give yourself a break or five and turn to your friend Netflix to occupy your precious time. However, don't waste your time unwisely. Here are some of the absolute best shows available on Netflix for your binge watching pleasure according to your major.
Health Sciences:
1. Grey's Anatomy.
For the more emotional nights, let this popular drama series rip your heart out. Cue the tissues and ice cream.
2. Scrubs.
In contrast to Grey's, these doctors know how to have fun. Fun fact: Scrubs is also known to be the most medically accurate TV show to date soooo technically you are studying.
3. Breaking Bad.
While morbid and mildly disturbing at times, this scientific bad-ass of a show will have you hooked in minutes. Peace, love, Jesse.
Business:
4. The Office.
Definitely funny but I don't know if I'd recommend taking any of Michael Scott's advice ever.
5. Parks and Recreation.
If you want to literally laugh out loud, this is the one for you. Also, you may end up wanting to move to Pawnee and taking over the parks department, fair warning.
Communications:
6. 30 Rock.
An inside look at NBC studios can be truly exciting for you. Also, Tina Fey. Alec Baldwin. Tracy Morgan. That is all.
7. Gossip Girl.
While some may see this show as #basic, others love the thrill of watching rich people being mysterious. If you can learn to manage and manipulate people like Gossip Girl does, you'll do just fine in your field.
Political Science:
8. Scandal.
When watching Scandal you can expect drama, suspense and politics. Except in this case there are no orange men with combovers running wild.
9. House of Cards.
This political drama will make you question what truly goes on in the White House and possibly make you fear the government but you'll be entertained while doing it.
10. How I Met Your Mother.
Not quote educational but one of the main characters is in law school so basically it's like you're in class.
Mathematics:
11. American Horror Story.
Since you've chosen to do math for a living you must love scary things, right?
12. Lost.
My main reasoning for adding this show is because it is often how I feel when trying to do math.
13. The Walking Dead.
This is typically how I feel leaving a math class.
Undeclared:
14. Friends.
Since you're not really sure what you want to do you might as well sit back, relax and enjoy a true classic.
14. Gilmore Girls.
Again, what else do you have going on?
