Dear My Little,
You were initiated on Saturday and what an exciting experience! You are going to be a great new addition to our chapter. I am so grateful to have you as my little even though we have not known each other long. I'm still not sure of all the things I should be doing as a big but we will walk through this together, first as sisters and second as family.
I'm so lucky to have you as a part of our newly growing family. My big is so excited to now have two amazing grand littles like yourself! Being a part of a family away from home is something so amazingly special and I know that my twin, my big, and I are so happy to welcome you into that and help you through every step of the way. I know we are all excited to watch you all grow and add more to our family and to our sisterhood we have made there. I am here to help answer your questions about Theta or about school or about life. I as a big am here to be a mentor and someone to go to for help for anything as you walk through the completely new experience of college and sorority involvement, so don't be afraid to ask for help. I am also here as a sister and as a friend whenever you need it, so don't be afraid to ask for that as well.
You are a Theta now, and I'm glad you could find your home with us! You have learned everything you need to know and I'm excited to see how you are going to take the tagline of "Leading Women" and put that to good use. I am excited to see how you will grow as a woman over the next four years and hopefully take leadership either in the chapter or on campus. I'm excited to see how you'll take the love for service Theta's have and help around the community and help with CASA. I'm also excited to see how the love for education and learning will take hold ad you become a more experienced student over the years you will have in Theta.
Theta is for a lifetime and you will always be my little. Though our reasons for finding a home in Theta may be different and we are sisters by chance, we are family by choice. You will always be able to find a home and all the love and support you can get in this family!
