Everyone who loves coffee can agree that it can be somewhat addictive. From all the delicious flavors to the fact that it boosts your energy in the morning, there are many reasons why coffee has become a part of people's lives. For me, drinking coffee is a lifestyle. If you can relate to some of the statements below, you might just be addicted too.
1. The word "espresso" makes you feel warm and fuzzy.
Just the thought of coffee makes you happy.
2. You have a Pinterest board dedicated to coffee.
Coffee recipes, quotes, cappuccino foam designs... you name it, it's pinned.
3. The barista at your favorite Starbucks doesn't ask for your name anymore.
You're on that first name basis. It's casual.
4. Coffee is the first thing you think of in the morning.
You can't start your day without it.
5. You can only fully function after you've had at least one cup.
Only then can you tackle the day.
6. Your second cup of coffee makes you feel like you can conquer anything.
Midterms? Running a marathon? Writing a book? Coffee is the key.
7. There's no such thing as "too much" coffee.
And anyone who says otherwise clearly doesn't understand coffee like you do.
8. Your family and friends know that you’re a different person before and after you have your daily dose of caffeine.
They'll probably ask you if you want coffee to cheer you up.
9. You can tell the seasons by whether or not the Pumpkin Spice latte or Peppermint mocha are out in Starbucks.
Is it really Fall before the pumpkin spice latte is here?
10. Trying coffee from another country is at the top of your list when you travel.
Priorities.
11. The smell of coffee beans makes your heart happy.
It's like Christmas in a cup.
