You might be thinking, why you would want a man who puts God first? Why would you want your man to put anyone else first? Well, let me tell you something. If he is putting anything else first, he is going to be let down.

I have mentioned countless times that if you put your happiness in anything but God, you will eventually be let down. This doesn't just go for yourself, but it should go for the man that you are in a relationship with. Although I currently don't have someone in my life like this, I know that he is out there.

A man that is putting God first isn't always going to be put right in front of you. You are going to have to make an effort to figure out real people's intentions. A guy can say that they are putting God first, but get to know him. A man who wants to have a relationship with God is a man worth waiting for.

Someone who is very close to me told me that I needed to write down what made the "perfect man." I honestly had such a hard time with this last year because I didn't know. I didn't know what qualities made someone "perfect," but I knew that there were some key things.

As time went on, I finally started to realize what I wanted in my "perfect man." I realized I wanted someone who read the Bible with me and wanted to learn more about God. I realized I wanted someone who was so in awe of how Jesus Christ died on the cross for us. We are all so lucky, and it would literally be quite amazing to be with someone who realizes this.

Going through some horrible relationships has taught me that they weren't built on the right type of love. I want my next relationship to almost be blessed by God because we are both followers. A man who puts God first will treat you the way that you deserve to be treated. They will respect you and love you the way that God wants us to love each other.

A man who loves God is a man who understands that you are going to mess up. He understands that you are going to have good and bad days, but will be there to support you no matter what. He won't try to ignore you when something goes wrong, but he will actually pray to God about how he can make the situation better.

Wait for the man who wants to pray with you every night. Wait for the man who gets excited hearing your thoughts on scripture. He is out there, and he will come into your life at the right moment.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
