"The earth has music for those who listen." -Shakespeare
I love music. It relaxes me and helps me escape reality for just a moment through melodic beats and spoken word. A lot of times, the music I am listening to can tell someone more about me than I am ever willing to share. I will listen to music at any moment throughout the day, especially when I am driving. I enjoy cruising around town or commuting on I-43 back to SNC with the radio blasting, singing along to my favorite jams. Well, until you drive past someone and they glare at you. (I'm sorry, excuse me for being happy and singing along to my radio). But I also enjoy those who fist pump or sing along with me. Music is a release and every good drive needs quality tunes. Here are my top 8 song picks for a road trip:
1. "Shut Up and Dance" by Walk the Moon
3. "Where the Wild Things Are" by Anarbor
4. "I Will Wait" by Mumford and Sons
5. "Hold On" by Wilson Phillips
