Summer. For some of us, that means continuing our healthy regimen of eating whole meals, getting enough sleep, and being mindful with our lives. However, for the rest of us, summer means actually trying to be healthy, because we have more time to do so. But, exercising and getting in shape and living a full life is no easy task.
So, without further ado, this is The Office's take on trying to get in shape.
When You Finally Get a Workout Buddy
That one guy in the gym that's only there to meet women
When you find a new workout you love... but the membership is $100 a month...
When someone tells you about how they went 100 days without a cheat meal and you had a full pizza yesterday
When your friend runs a 7:30 mile and you were just so excited you broke a 9:30 mile
When you have an all out cheat day that basically ruined your entire fitness plan
Dying on the elliptical like
When all of your friends tell you to stop being ridiculous and go out for ice cream
