4 Of The Best Parts Of My Trip To Costa Rica

I enjoy traveling because it is a wonderful outlet to have where I can see different perspectives of cultures that I have learned to appreciate. I have traveled abroad twice so far as a college student and hopefully, I will continue.

As a birthday and graduation gift to myself, I wanted to go to abroad after receiving my Associate's Degree! Note that this was also my first time traveling on a plane, so I went in with a bang with no regrets!

Costa Rica was my first big adventure where I was able to travel abroad. In my next article, I will share more experiences with you guys. But here a few things I did while traveling for two weeks.

1. La Fortuna Waterfall

One of the grandest waterfalls in Costa Rica and yes I was able to get in it.

2. Plantains

A Costa Rican main dish side is plantains which are bananas that fried! I absolutely fell in love with these by end of the trip!

3. The zip-line

This trip was all about adventure and taking risks for me its a lot on my bucket and zip-lining was of those. Now zip-lining out the country was even better.

4. The famous hanging Bridge of Monteverde

I can't believe I actually stood on this bridge! Costa Rica bridges ranges from 50 to 170 miles!!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
