No matter where anyone goes to school, every college student has a freshman bucket list. Where I attend school, at Quinnipiac University, this is our bucket list... I know I want to check off everything on my bucket list, will you?
1. ABL
No matter what season, take a picture of the beautiful and famous Arnold Bernard Library on the Quad!
2. Involvement Fair
Going to the fair because it's like Christmas with so many free gifts!
3. Sleeping Giant
That hiking trail across the street that everyone talks about...go do it. Sleeping Giant State Park is a place you won't regret hiking.
4. Hockey games
Go for a fun Friday/Saturday night at the T.D. Bank Center and enjoy some exciting hockey by our Bobcats!
5.YALE GAME
TRY AND ATTEND A YALE GAME!!! YOU WON'T EVER FORGET THIS DAY... THIS IS A DAY I KNOW I WILL NEVER FORGET!!
6. Talk to Java John
If he calls you by your first name without looking at your QCard than you know you're officially best friends...
7. Hep Creek
The gross looking pond behind Dana, Irma, Larson, and Perlroth is that gross lake at least one freshman ends up jumping in for some strange reason...
8. Chill on the Quad
Sitting on the Quad's grass during the fall or s
9. Go sledding
Go sledding! But not your average snow day.... use the top of trash cans or better yet, trays from the cafeteria!
10. Toads
The place where every freshman goes wild...and sophomore,
11. All the pizza
What's better than a 2 a.m. call to Dominos, Tonino's, or maybe even Falcon/ Bobcat Pizza... YUM!
12. Saturday Night Shuttles
Every freshman needs to experience the shuttles to or from Toads at least once... You will never want to breathe on the shuttle again.
13. Greek Life/ clubs
Whether it is a sorority/ fraternity, the TV station at school, newspaper, SGA, Spanish club, yearbook, dance team or pep band getting involved at QU is tons of fun!
14. Ray and Mike's
Like Subway but 100,000 times better!!!! This is a must go!
15. Eli's on Whitney
The best place to eat on Whitney Av., right by
16. NYC/ Boston
Take a day trip with friends to NYC or Boston which is only an hour and a half away!
Hope all you freshman like me at Quinnipiac are enjoying every minute. Freshman year is sadly flying by too fast!
