It's hard work to go to school, work a part-time job, and also hit the gym. Luckily, we have the internet. Several gyms and studios have uploaded home workouts to their sites. When you can't afford to pay a membership to get online access, you can always turn to YouTube.
Adriene is a great instructor. Even though you're not physically working with her, her videos still seem personal. She goes at a slower pace and is excellent at demonstrating key poses and postures. Her channel features playlists that cover everything from the basics to a full 40-minute Vinyasa workout.
Cassey Ho is awesome. These workouts are based on a scheduled, monthly calendar. Each month you get a new set of workouts, and every day the workouts are focusing on different muscles, and don't worry there's always a stretch/rest day! Cassey is great to follow for a more intense pilates workout. Every video, though short, will have you sweating.
Fightmaster Yoga videos becomes your yoga studio at home. Lesley is great at just teaching a workout as if you were in the studio. It's a little bit of a faster pace than Yoga with Adriene, but the workout is great. If you've got your basics down, this would be a great step forward in your practice.
Tara is a dancer gone yogi. The founder of Strala Yoga - a whole new type of practice, Stiles is all about form. You can sign up for videos from her website http://stralayoga.com/, or watch a few short videos on her YouTube channel. Either way, you'll be able to perfect basic poses as well as coordinate them into a great workout.
Yoga House is a great place to learn the keys to breathing and finding peace through yoga. No matter where you are in your fitness goals, or what you want to try - there is a video for you. There's yoga and pilates, meditation and stretching videos, and general fitness guides.
