1. Acadia National Park
This coastal attraction is home to beautiful streams, lakes and forest. For those who visit, the park offers hiking trails for all skill levels as well as two campgrounds and endless scenic views.
2. Old Port
Filled with tons of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs, Old Port is a great place to spend a day or weekend. In June, you can even experience the annual Old Port Festival, filled with food and music.

You can take the Casco Bay Ferry to many islands, such as Diamond and Peaks Island. Filled with shopping, beaches and great seafood, these islands are the perfect way to spend the day.
4. Ogunquit
With its name meaning "beautiful place by the sea," Ogunquit is just that. From beaches, to a town center, to art galleries and a playhouse, Ogunquit is a great vacation destination.
5. Bar Harbor
At low tide, this main land connects to Bar Island via sandbar. Right by Arcadia National Park, Bar Harbor offers hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking and many more adventures.
