1. The New England Patriots

I'm ranking the Patriots at number one because everyone in America either loves them or hates them. It's like 50/50 you either love them and will cheer them on 100% or in every game they play you call them cheaters because of the whole deflated ball incident but I think that we can all agree that they earn the number one spot of most loved but also most hated. Losers hate winners.

2. The Dallas Cowboys

You may ask why I'm ranking the Dallas Cowboys at number two. Well because one they are America's team so they are very loved around the nation but they are also very hated over the nation. They say everything is bigger and better in the Great State of Texas but when it comes to being better a lot of people could agree that Dallas sucks.

3. The Golden State Warriors.

The Golden State Warriors hands down make a top three spot. Most of their fans are bandwagoners anyways but their real fans are true die hard fans. There are people all around this country who absolutely just adore Golden State and then there are people like me who can't stand them. Hey Curry stop sucking on your mouth guard like a baby would a pacifier and Draymond Green The producers of the Lion King called and they wanted to know if you wanted to star as Ed the Hyena in the live action version since there is a lot of resemblance between you and the fictional character.

4. The New York Yankees

The Yankees are one of the oldest teams in baseball but they are very hated because they are one of the teams that always gets some of the best players and if they wanted someone they bought them. They are similar to Golden State they buy their players building a super team. The Yankees are loved though by a lot of people but a majority of them are front-runners and only cheer for them because they are "winners."

5. The Pittsburgh Steelers

Pittsburgh's history goes way back. They are a loved and a hated team nationally but they are most hated in their division which is The AFC. Being a Browns fan I really dislike the Steelers. You don't even have to be a Brown's fan to hate them. Anyone who isn't them dislikes them. They are loved because they always win and they are from a Midwestern steel town and they represent the common man.

6. Alabama Roll Tide

Alabama, Nick Saban is one of the most cringe-worthy college football coach in the United States. He's coached at multiple schools but none of them were good enough for him until he went to Alabama. There is no in between with the Roll Tide. You love them or you hate them. Their history goes way back and they have so many championships and it seems like they are a super team and that's why a lot of people hate them and also there is just way to much hype over them and it's super annoying but so many people love them because they are just one of those traditional teams that a lot of people love.

7. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish

Notre Dame, first off A lot of people hate them because they are rich and they are Catholic. Catholic schools buy their players and only want the best of the best. Just like Alabama, there is no in between with the Fighting Irish you either love them or you hate them. They used to be winners all the time recently that has gone down over the years. They are loved because people love their tradition and love the players and the coaches that come in.

8. LA Dodgers

The La Dodgers are super hated because they are located in a big city with lots of money, spoiled fans, and it's where all the players wanna go. They are related to the Yankees in the way that they buy who they want. Just like everyone else they are loved because they are such an older team that they just have so much tradition and they are one of "America's" baseball teams just like how the Cowboys are "America's" football team.

9. Ohio State Buckeyes

If you haven't noticed by now I'm from Ohio and I'm an Ohio state fan so I personally love the Buckeyes, but a lot of people hate Urban Meyer because he wins, he has an extremely successful program and people just hate Ohio State in general because they are a traditional team that wins and is always talked about. Then there are people like me who love them and cheer them on every season just because we love Urban Meyer and we love the program that has built over the years and we love the feeling of winning.

10. Boston Celtics

A lot of people seem to hate Boston just because a lot people hate the Boston area and the teams within that area and because of their success and the players they have had over the years. They have coaches and players that a lot of people hate or because their team beat your team a lot. They are loved because they are another traditional winner.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
