Dear long distance friends,

I know I don’t visit much, but thank you never failing to be a good friend. Yes, I may live across the country, or be a fourteen-hour long car ride away, yet you still text, call, or snapchat me on a regular basis. On the other hand, I know we don’t have to talk daily, but when we reconnect, it is like no time has passed at all. When we reunite, it seems as if I haven’t even been gone. I love that the distance doesn’t stop us from being best friends.

Sorry, I move a lot, but thank you for being patient for years until I return. Don’t forget, you could always come visit me too. Just think, you could visit a different state every time you make a trip to see me.

Knowing that I can still call you one of my best friends, even from a different state, is the best feeling ever. Thanks for always being there through all of my moves. That’s a true friend.
