I tend to forget to text some of my friends when I am away from school. It's not that I want to forget about you or don't care but its that I am in my own world when I am at home. Please don't take my lack of contact as a personal issue, because it's me, not you. I don't personally choose to not contact a specific group of friends, it's just that I am just doing my own things and I forget. All of my close friends mean the world to me, I am just not very good at expressing it.

During the summer or school break and vacations, I may not text anyone or maybe just one or two people. That one person may be my best friend and the other may be my boyfriend and that's it. I don't feel the need to be that type of person who texts everyone on my contact list about everything I have been doing. I can be too independent sometimes and forget about the rest of the world. I know I am not very god at replying either and that's only if I don't feel like answering right away or I just don't know what to respond with. I may text someone and I don't really know where to go in the conversation and I kind of just stop talking.

When I am away from school I forget about a lot of things because I am so focused on what I am doing. I know it can be rude to not keep in contact with friends but it's not something I chose to do, but its just who I am. If you ever decide to text me yes I will answer and I will be so glad you decided to contact me. I miss all my friends really I do, Its just that I am not very good at expressing it.

Something I don't really like is long conversations that are basically out of boredom. That's another reason I don't text a lot of people. I like having conversations that are fun and exciting, not us asking each other how our summers are going and then it results in a "yep" repetition. Short and sweet texts are my thing, I like to get to the point and then get on with my day.

Now Snapchat is kind of a different story, I love Snapchat. I don't mind Snapchatting my friends, I think it was a fabulous invention actually. However, I may not always Snapchat you back the second I open yours. Snapchat is fun but it also comes with answering and replying friends and that's not my strongest point. I have lost most of my snap chat best friends because I am bad at getting back to people.
