I love to cook! I really enjoy trying different flavors and types of food, but like everyone sometimes I just don’t have any time to cook. There are some essential ingredients that are simple and fast to make.
Eggs.
Eggs are some of the best sources of protein. There are always several different ways to cook them, scramble, boil, fry, you name it! They also can be eaten plain, on toast, or mixed in with veggies.
Carrots.
They are the easy veggie to grab and take to class or work. Carrots are also jam packed with vitamins.
Berries.
Any type of berries are good for you. They help keep your sweet cravings under control and they are great in yogurt, cereal, and baked goods.
Lettuce.
It’s never a bad time for a salad! Salads are great sources of vitamins and low calorie. But lettuce does go bad fast so keep in mind that you need to use it sooner rather than later.
Yogurt.
It’s the best snack! I eat yogurt daily, it’s full of probiotics and calcium. It comes in many different flavors. It’s also relatively cheap and normally on sale, so stock up once a week!
