Stress, we all have to deal with it sometimes. College students, especially, experience a lot of stress. We have to juggle classes, homework, jobs, internships and dealing with friends. It can all be pretty stressful. Stress can also be pretty harmful to the body, so you need to make sure to keep your stress in check.
1. Talk it out
Talking can sometimes be the best medicine you need. Talking gives you the opportunity to get everything that is stressing you out off of your chest. It could make things easier to handle by talking things through. Also, people sometimes give pretty good advice. Maybe they can help you figure out other methods of beating stress. Talking things also feels so great. It can feel like a giant weight is lifted off your shoulders when you talk about what is stressing you.
2. Walk it out
Walking can be a really great way to clear your head of some of the stress you are experiencing. No matter where you go, walking can help you take your mind off things that are stressing you out. So load up your Pokemon Go and take a walk around and see some of the great sights around you.

Sleep is important! Sleep helps your body recharge and recover from the day. Stress can cause you to lose sleep, which can make your stress so much worse. Make sure you are getting your eight hours a night. Try and get to bed a little bit earlier when you are feeling stressed. It can do wonders and help you feel rejuvenated.
Stress can be tough to deal with. It can be pretty overwhelming and take so much out of you. Stress can drain you and even make you sick. Make sure that when you are feeling stressed that you take some time for yourself and try and beat the effects of stress before they beat you.
