"Thor: Ragnarok" was supposed to be my new favorite Marvel film. It was not. Perhaps because my hopes were so high, I was left a little dead on the inside. Just so you understand how disappointed I was, and because it's the 17th entry in the Marvel Cinematic University, here are 17 miserable things I'd rather do than watch the third Thor film again.

1. Take out trash

2. Wash dishes

3. Eat liver and onions

4. Step in dog poo

5. Change my tire in deep snow

6. Stub my pinky toe

7. Fold laundry

8. Eat broccoli in any form

9. Get to gym and realize my headphones are at home

10. Shart myself during a Zumba class

11. Walk down a long hallway covered in legos

12. Baptize a gaggle of feral cats

13. Get a Brazilian waxing and then lotion up with saltwater

14. Get a root canal from an unaccredited dentist

15. Be shot at

16. Take a lifelong vow of chastity

17. Watch Iron Man 3

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.
