Thirteen Signs You Are The Mom Of Your Friend Group

1. Everyone comes to you for advice.
Your advice is always flawless and you know exactly when it is needed. Just like the great mom that you are, you always know what to say and when to say it. Your friends love you for that.

2. You're always the sober driver.
Whether you "don't feel like going out" (even though we know that you'd rather spend your night watching Netflix by yourself then going to a party), or you just don't drink because you know your friends would be in better hands if you didn't, you are always willing to be the sober driver.

3. You feel the need to clean up after everyone.
Moms always clean up after their children. Over spring break, you were the one who was doing the dishes or cleaning up from the nightly festivities after your friends tucked themselves in for the night. Honestly, you'd think it'd bother you when you have to repeat the cleaning every night, but it really doesn't.

4. Your friends always call you first when they're sick.
They trust you the most out of everyone to take them to the doctor, hold their hand while they get a shot and making sure their prescriptions get filled correctly and on time. You also like to supply them with a few cans of chicken noodle soup and some Popsicles just because you are such a good mom.

5. You attend all events they partake in.
From dance recitals to soccer games, you are always there for your friends and are usually cheering louder than their own parents. You drop whatever you feel you need to be doing at that time just so you can be an extra supportive mom for your little kiddos.

6. You tend to be a little overprotective.
Nobody messes with your babies. If they do mess with your babies, they better know that you will be nearby ready to give them a piece of your mind.

7. You are the first one called after your friend has a bad day.
They know you almost as well as you know them. They know to call you when they have a sucky day. You know their favorite ice cream flavor by heart and are always sure to pick it up on the way over to their house.

8. After a night out, you text all of your friends to make sure they made it home safely.
You have to make sure everyone is okay. You cannot rest until all of your children are home and safe, tucked into their nice warm beds.

9. You always suggest staying in over going out.
You…going out? Ha ha! Funny joke. You try to convince your friends that staying in is so much fun, but they never listen.

10. You keep everyone in line.
You are always the first to tell your friends to keep their voices to an "inside" level when they start getting a little too loud. You aren't afraid to tell them if they are doing something completely outrageous because you know somewhere down the line they will thank you for that.

11. You remember everyone's birthdays.
You remember birthdays like it's your job. You always plan their birthday celebrations like it's your job as well.

12. You are always the one to make the emotional speech.
You always have sentimental words to share with your friends. Whether you're telling them how happy you are to have them in your life, or you just want to tell them how proud you are of them, you always have a few words to share to the audience.

13. Real parents love you.
They know what you do for their kids, and that's why you're their favorite. They aren't afraid to call you if their kids need anything, because they know you will take care of it right away.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
