1. I want a completely different look but I don't want layers, to cut off more than an inch, I don't want a perm, or I don't want to change the color

2. When your feet feel like they are about to explode after doing 30 haircuts, 5 haircuts, and a few perms by the end of the day

3. When you cut yourself even though you were being so careful not to

4. When you do a bomb job on someone's hair and they can't stop smiling and thanking you

5. And then you get bitter Betty sitting in your chair that is going to be mad no matter what you do because they are just too salty of a person

6. When someone comes in and says they have somewhere to be in an hour and they need a haircut, color, wax, and curl

7. When people get angry and wack off their hair and expect you to be a miracle worker and try to make it look like it did before the indecent

8. And then there are the parents who leave their terrible kids alone and hairstylist to duke it out while they chill on their phones

9. The look on the customers face when they know they are the ish

10. But all in all, you wouldn't trade your passion for anything in the world

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.
