A bunch of emotions accompany you on move in day- excitement to see your friends and be independent again, stress moving all your things, sadness to leave home and your parents.

So here are 10 thoughts you will most likely think and things you will do on move in day.

1. "I can't wait to go out tonight... and tomorrow night...and the night after that"

It's been THREE whole months since you got to go out with your college friends and lets be real, its syllabus week and you really have nothing to do so there are no excuses to not go out. Sure you may have gone out at home with your home friends, but by now you're definitely missing parties at your favorite frat house or dancing on top of tables at your favorite bars at school.

2. Scream when you see your friends/roommates

One of the best parts about college is the inseparable bonds and everlasting friendships you make with your roommates and friends. You practically live with these people for 9 months of the entire year and that basically makes them your family. Getting to see them after 3 months too long is one of the most exciting feelings and screaming so loud that the people down your hall can hear you is the only appropriate reaction... right?

3. Miss your pet at home

If you have a pet, you already know one of the hardest parts about going back to college is leaving the one thing you trust most to always love you. The second you step into your dorm room you are hit with a wave of sadness and the realization that it's going to be a while before the next time you can cuddle with your pet again.

4. "College food isn't that bad, why did I complain so much about it last year?"

You may even say the food is...dare I say... "good." Give it a max of 3 weeks and you'll be craving a home cooked meal and you'll be wondering what type of drugs you were on to say the food here was good.

5. "Mmm... I may have overpacked..."

Wait so you're saying I don't need my iPad, Tablet, Kindle, T.V., E-reader, iPod, laptop AND phone???

6. "Where am I supposed to fit all my stuff?!"

College dorms aren't the most spacious places in the world and you're going to have to get creative with where to keep things especially because you definitely over packed and brought things you're not going to touch the entire year.

7. Cry/ tear up when your parents leave you

No one will ever show you the same kind of unconditional love your parents have showed you since the very day you were born. Even though your parents may be frustrating at times, you're going to miss seeing them everyday and always having someone right by your side to care for you when your sick or sad.

8. "Wow the water pressure here sucks"

There is nothing like taking a shower at home. College showers suck in comparison to the spacious shower you have at home, not to mention the fact that you probably have to wear flip flops in your college shower.

9. "I'm finally free!!!"

Freedom is the absolute best thing when it comes to college. There's no one there to tell you what to do and there's no one constantly worrying about where you are and what you're doing. You finally have the independence to live life your own way.

10. "I'm so happy to be back at my home away from home."

You may not realize it, and you may not want to admit it, but your college has turned its self into your second home. You know the town and surrounding area just as well as you know your own hometown and at the end of a long day, the only place you want to be is in bed in your dorm. So yes, move-in can be a stressful, exciting, or sad day but you're finally back where you belong.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
