The '90s are widely considered to be the most nostalgic period of the newer generations, and rightfully so. It brought in a whole new era of media and entertainment that captivated hearts and minds of audiences nationwide. The age of the sitcom television programs came into full swing with a multitude of shows that we all still crave to watch today. Spin-offs are now being made, or have been made, in response to the original show's success. There can be a case for many shows snubbed off of this Top 10 list, which is a testament of the selection of quality shows viewers had at the fingertips. (Some of these shows previewed in the late 80s or ran to the early 2000s, but as long as the majority of their duration ran through the 90s, it is eligible.)
