Have you heard of The Girl and The Dreamcatcher?

If you answered no, then you are missing out on some great songs and music videos.

Ryan McCartan, 22, and Dove Cameron, 20, are, as of September 2015, musical duo known as The Girl and The Dreamcatcher. They started out doing cover music videos on their YouTube Channel, Dove and Ryan. The duo announced in September 2015, they would be releasing original music on October 1. Their first original music started with the song, "Written in the Stars." To accompany the song, the released their music video at midnight on October 1, 2015. When they announced their release of their first original song, the band renamed their YouTube Channel to The Girl and The Dreamcatcher.

You might also know Dove and Ryan from the popular Disney Channel show, "Liv and Maddie." On the show their two characters, Maddie and Diggie, are sort of an item, which makes fans happy that the title rolls over into their real lives. To make it more adorable, these two love birds met when they became co-stars, and made their relationship public in August 2013. The fans were even more excited when the couple announced their engagement April 14, 2016.

After co-starring in "Liv and Maddie" together for two years, they starred along side each other in the movie, "R.L. Stine's Monsterville: Cabinet of Souls." "A small town Halloween festival finds itself intruded upon by an evil carnival with designs upon imprisoning and feeding off the souls of unwary teenagers," is the Wikipedia description of this spooky movie. Dove plays Beth, opposite Ryan's role as one of the Halloween festival workers, named Hunter.

Currently, on their YouTube Channel, The Girl and The Dreamcatcher have all four original music videos available. You will not regret clicking on over to their channel and checking out their music! The original music includes, "Written in the Stars," "Someone Like You," "Glowing in the Dark" and "Make You Stay."

Their latest hit original single made its debut on June 17, 2016 at Midnight. Both song and music video were released. The music video has had, as of June 24, according to Dove Cameron's Twitter, 2 million viewers. Make You Stay video is perfect and my favorite one so far because of the story being played out in the music video. If you are a fan of Disney's "Cloud 9," then you will get a very amazing surprise when you watch this video. The music video stars - Dove Cameron, Ryan McCartan, and Luke Benward.

The Girl and The Dreamcatcher tweeted on their twitter account, @TGATDC, on June 15, 2016, "Our new EP #NEGATIVES releases this July! Pre-order soon."

Their music is available on iTunes, Google, Amazon, Spotify, Pandora, iHeartRadio, Play Music, and YouTube.

On July 8th, Dove Cameron announced on her instagram that Negatives-EP was available for $4.99 for pre-order on iTunes.
