3. Get that energy going.
Be thankful you got the sleep you did! Do not worry about when nap time is, thank God you were able to sleep and start praying that you will have a great day. Grab a coffee and get some pep in your step. If you are tired from a workout appreciate that sweat, you worked hard for it. If you are getting ready for bed, take off all that make up and thank God for day the day that you did live.
