This year marks the year of all 90s babies becoming adults. We're almost all 18 years of age now! In honor of all of 90s babies out there, here are some of my favorite shows that came out during that time.

Starting at number one on this list is my favorite show of all time:

1. "Spongebob SquarePants"

Despite this show's horrible change in the 2000's, the first original shows aired were by far the best ones. Who hasn't seen the campfire episode?

2. "Dexters Laboratory"

It was hard not to love Dexter's scientifical experiments and watch Dee Dee come running to ruin what Dexter has made. How about that magical monkey?

3. "Courage the Cowardly Dog"

I'll admit, looking at this show now as an adult is even creepier than it was when I was a child. There was something about the weird stories that kept me interested.

4. "The Amanda Show"

It was cool to see comedy sketches done by people I thought were so close in age to me. It was like a kid version of Comedy Central.

5. "The Powerpuff Girls"

"The Powerpuff Girls" was definitely a great show. What's not to love about three very different super-powered girls saving the world? Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup were by far my favorite superheroes. They were the theme of many of my birthday parties.

6. "CatDog"

I don't remember much about this show because I always thought the coolest part was the two very different animals being attached at the hip. Also a little confusing if you ask me.

7. "All That"

"All That" was just another extension to "The Amanda Show," I thought.

8. "Ed, Edd, 'N' Eddy"

Here we got to see three friends live their life day by day. Oh, and all happen to have the same name too. Despite the simplicity of the show, it was pretty funny.

9. "Rugrats"

I always thought it was too cute to see the lives of babies as a child. Those big-headed kids proved they could do a lot and were not just simply babies.

10. "Hey Arnold!"

To be honest, we all know why we liked this show. His football head right? Or am I the only one?

11. "The Wild Thornberrys"

Quite the weird family, however, a girl that can speak to animals? Awesome.

12. "Johnny Bravo"

Thinking about it before, I didn't realize Johnny Bravo was simply just the character of a dumb blond obsessed with his manliness. Even though once before a good show to my childish mind, it is now frowned upon to me.

13. "Arthur"

"Arthur" is only last on my list because honestly, it was a good show, but it was just a tad bit too boring.

Now, I'm sure there are plenty of shows that I have forgotten, but this list here was a great part of my childhood. Do we have some of the same favorites?

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
