The 5 Best Places in Tampa to Eat, Drink, and Be Merry

Looking for some great places to bring your friends while in Tampa? Here is a list of my top 5!

The 5 Best Places in Tampa to Eat, Drink, and Be Merry

Being new to the Tampa area I have searched for the best places to try food, drinks, and get friends together at. Here are a few places I have tried out and would highly recommend taking friends, family, and co-workers to on an evening out!

5. Soho Sushi

Soho Sushi has a special place in my heart already. Mostly because it was the very first Sushi establishment I tried here in Tampa. My favorite part about this place is that they have a very thought out drive-thru process. You can call ahead and place your order and they'll have it ready for you by the time you get there!

The sushi is great and the service is stellar. If you are a sushi fan I recommend putting this restaurant on your list of places to check out!

4. Craft Street Kitchen

Craft Street Kitchen and Drinks is located in Oldsmar, and let me tell you they have some of the best deals I have found yet! Everyday is something new here. Monday's are craft burger nights, Tuesday's are some stellar drink specials, Wednesday's are Flatbread nights, Thursday is girls night out, and they're weekend specials are awesome!

This place is always bumpin' and it's a great place to bring your friends for a causal night out for dinner and drinks! It is also located in the same shopping center as the AMC Woodlands Square 20 Move theatre so it's a great spot for a date night too!


3. The Lodge

The Lodge is located in the heart of Soho. They are known for they're eclectic variety of food, the great drinks, and the even better service and atmosphere. A popular restaurant during the day, and an even more popular bar by night The Lodge does a great job in attracting the millennial's. My favorite part about The Lodge is that the service was amazing, we were never left without a refill! They have a DJ's and live music, so great for entertainment! Located in the heart of Soho others bars are just a short walking distant away for a great night of bar hopping with friends!

2. The Green Lemon

The Green Lemon is located right down the street from Bern's Steakhouse, and let me start by saying if you like tacos and margs, this is the place for you! With their Taco Tuesday specials you are for sure going to have a great time after work! No joke when I say the margarita's are bigger than a small child's head!

The atmosphere is awesome, and the food and service are even better! The Green Lemon has rapidly become one of my favorite places to eat, drink, and be merry.

1. Cru Cellars

Cru Cellars is located right next to Datz on S. Macdill, which is why it is probably overshadowed most of the time. I went here for my 23rd Birthday and it was a classy, and delicious experience. I love wine, and most of my friends do as well so I knew that this was going to be a great choice for a low-key Birthday!

I will be sure to bring friends and family who visit to Cru Cellars for a nice classy evening of good wines and food! The service here was amazing and the waiters really know their wine!
