Get everyone you know to participate in these simple tasks, as they all add up. Congressional staffers tally up calls, and if they want any chance of re-election, they will listen to their constituents' wants. If they do budge and vote against the horrific policies Trump proposes, please do return the favor and re-elect them (or urge others if you are unable to).

Already finished with all your phone calls and emails and want to do more? Well, another way to help is to get the word out on what's going on. Join marches and protests, or if there aren't anywhere you live, organize your own.
