Football season is finally here! With football season comes a lot of America's favorite past times. Watching Monday Night Football, watching top 25 NCAA teams, going to games, watching your local high school, and anything and everything in between! Naturally, we find a way to celebrate the game, no matter how we're watching. Usually, we celebrate with our own versions of tailgating. Some fans like to pull out their grill in the parking lot of the stadium, grilling hamburgers, hot dogs, or brats. Others like to order pizza or have a potluck style tailgate. No matter what kind of tailgating you want to do, it's always fun to get together with friends. TV shows even get into the tailgating spirit! Here are three times TV ventured into tailgating.
1. "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia"
Frank and Charlie decided to spend time out in the parking lot, while Dee, Dennis, and Mac all went to try out for the Philadelphia Eagles. Both spent time talking, drinking, and ultimately doing acid. Such a typical thing for Frank and Charlie to do.
2. "How I Met Your Mother"
If you watch HIMYM, you'll understand the significance of Marshall spending time in the graveyard tailgating with his dad. The biggest Vikings fans know to this world, Marshall makes sure never to miss a tailgate with his dad.
3. "The League"
I don't even want to talk about this episode. It's a mix of "It's Always Sunny" with everything wrong on TV.
Take some time and tailgate with your friends this fall! I promise you it probably won't be anything like these.
