This summer is my first time working a 9-5 job; therefore, it's my first time having an actual lunch break. Nine times out of ten, if I'm going to eat out for lunch, I want Chick-Fil-A. Their customer service is unmatched by any other chain restaurant, and I have always loved their food - especially their chocolate milkshakes.

Turns out, I'm not the only person who loves Chick-Fil-A and wants to get it on their lunch break. Unfortunately, it seems like every working human being with a lunch break wants Chick-Fil-A too. Here are some of my thoughts as I face the craziness that is rush hour at Chick-Fil-A:

2. If you have a boyfriend/girlfriend, please be respectful of your roommates.

3. If you want to borrow something, ASK.

4. Always ask if you want a piece of your roommates’ food.

5. Don’t be a slob.

6. If you like to listen to music, please don’t blast it at night or during studying times.

7. Take turns taking out the garbage.

8. If any of you have any personal issues with each other, you STILL have to respect them as a roommate.

9. You actually have to do your part when CLEANING the bathroom…

10. Hygiene is IMPORTANT.

11. Don’t slack on rent.

12. If you have a Brita filter, please change it frequently.

13. Give your roommate(s) some space sometimes.

14. Understand that you guys are adults and communication is KEY.

15. Buy some extra toilet paper. Don’t just wait until it runs out.

16. Respect everyone else’s finances…most college students are broke you know…

17. Let your roommate(s) know if you’re having some friends over.

18. If it helps, make your own roommate agreement (even if you’re living in an on-campus apartment, don’t even rely on the ones your RAs give you.)

7. finally places order "Ugh, I forgot to ask for sauce. I'll just ask when I get to the window."

8. gets food "This smells SO good...I am starving."

9. pulls out of drive-thru "CRAP. I forgot to ask for sauce and I don't have a straw."

11. brings sauce back to car "Why would you ever go to Chick-Fil-A during lunch hour rush if you aren't working?"

12. eats one nugget "So worth it."
