With the rise in temperatures, outfits are changing dramatically. As much as everyone loves to layer, layering is brutal when it is anywhere above eighty degrees. Don't worry, I've been there too- trying to stay trendy but failing miserably. If you are one of the lucky few that have grown accustomed to dressing in heat, this article will make you laugh at all the amateurs, but for the majority of us cool-weather lovers, I feel your pain.

  1. Wearing a jumpsuit or romper and being half naked every time you use the restroom.
  2. Loving how your white pants match everything but hating how you are guaranteed a stain any time you sit, eat, drink, or basically breathe.
  3. Enjoying your trendy sunglasses, but not the enjoying dots of white skin that show on the side of your nose where they have taken off your fake tanner.Photographed by Angelo Pennetta, Vogue, June 2015
  4. Loving hat weather, hating hat hair.
  5. Attempting to be sun-conscious by wearing sunscreen, but ending up with a greasy face and smudged concealer.
  6. Loving cheeky swimsuit bottoms, hating the g-string look in front of mom and dad on the beach.Photographed by Victoria's Secret
  7. Trying out the new jean skirt trend but looking like you stole your mom's middle school skirt.
  8. Wearing a crop top to look chic, but actually looking like you should be at the club.
  9. Trying out Sun In and ending up with anything but sun kissed hair.
  10. Seeing if the lemon-in-hair trick works any better and ending up with strangely textured, citrus-scented hair.
  11. Attempting to look cute in all white and looking like a whiteout marker.
  12. Looking like you went on the run the second you walk outside.
  13. Refusing to fall for the summer trend, wearing all black, and then feeling like you are stuck in a sauna all day.
  14. Accidentally wearing your floral sundress on the windiest day of the Summer and flashing all the lucky ones passing by.
  15. Forgetting sunscreen and being forced to match your new clothes with your bright red skin.
  16. Having to stick to loose fitting clothing due to your new red skin trend since you can't afford to lose anymore skin cells.
  17. Completely giving up and sticking to your gym clothes until fall comes.

Don't worry, we've all been there, some more often than others. But it's okay. Quite honestly, we feel each others pain and no longer need to feel self-conscious about our sweat-stained, makeup-dripping faces. Happy summer, and may the countdown to sweater weather begin.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
