Everyone goes through struggles in life. Some people actually go through struggle after struggle and can’t seem to find a way out. Maybe you got into a car wreck and your insurance had just expired. Maybe the dog you love so much ran away and you don’t know if you’ll ever see them again. Maybe you just got laid off and have lost all hope that you’ll find another job. There are so many things that can go wrong in day to day life, and there’s not really many ways you can prepare for these misfortunes. However, after something goes wrong, you can keep your head up to help you move forward. Keeping in mind the Law of Attraction, when you keep your head space positive then positive things will find their way to you. If you lose that job, just smile and say “Thank you for the opportunity.” You will be amazed at how fast a new opportunity will present itself to you when you refuse to give in to the surrounding negativity of the world. Now I can attest to the fact that staying positive isn’t as easy as it sounds, but I have a few tricks that I use that I would love to share with you.
Trick #1:
Take 10 seconds to dwell on what happened and then tell yourself tomorrow will be a better day. Even if you’re feeling down, just smile and pretend you’re happier than you were before the incident.
Trick #2:
Play your happiest and most uplifting music on repeat. Music has a heavy impact on your psychosis and can be really therapeutic when used correctly.
Trick #3:
Hang out with the people who make you laugh. Laughing can lift your spirits, and you’ll be surprised at how infectious it can be.
Trick #4:
Write about it. Get it off your chest and onto paper.
Trick #5:
Sleep it off. Refresh your mind and come at your problem with a new perspective. By doing this, you’ll be able to see the silver lining or even the solution that you couldn't see before.
These are a few of the tricks I use when something goes wrong that can put me in a funk, and these things help me to be such a positive person. Don’t let yourself be defined or broken by the bad of the world. Instead overcome these obstacles. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. Keep on looking up.
