Spring Quarter As Told By Tina Belcher

You've got a lot of butts to touch before summer.

Spring Quarter As Told By Tina Belcher

Spring is in the air and college students are slowly dropping everywhere. With the end of the school year rolling around the corner, students (including myself) can be overwhelmed with anxiety, stress, and unwillingness to carry on.

But, we all will continue to roll out of bed ever morning, march ourselves to class, and procrastinate until the very end to finish our assignments knowing that summer break is just a few weeks away.

We all know the struggle, and I think the perfect person who would fully understand the hardships of a springtime college student is none other than my spirit animal, Tina Belcher.

So, here are the common struggles of our fellow students, demonstrated by the erotica author herself.

When your alarm goes off on a Thursday morning.

And you want to look cute for class but your effort to try is at an all time low.

Not to mention you haven't done laundry in weeks, and every article of clothing you pick up absolutely reeks.

You start wondering if it's possible to OD on caffine.

When you have to go beg your professor for extra credit because you wasted the entire quarter.

When your professor assigns an impromptu final project/presentation when you already have a million things due.

And you still give your final presentation completely unprepared and unrehearsed.

When you and your group members give a presentation, but no one ever bothered to schedule group meetings.

When professor evaluations come around and one of your professors has been terrible all quarter.

When you talk with your advisor about switching your major....again.

Whenever someone asks how you're doing and this is your immediate response.

But you can't say that out loud, so you just give them this face.

And you bring up how you're just trying to fit a social life into your already impossible schedule.

When you lay around procrastinating and complaining. Even though you have 3 papers to type.

But you convince yourself that you need to keep going and finish strong.

And its a celebration when you get your grades back and you passed all of your classes.

And you drive home after your last day of finals feeling so at peace.

When your family praises you for getting such good grades.

Finally, summer is yours!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
