I'm Making A 1 Second Video Every Day Of 2019 To Capture Forgotten Moments

Holding on to memories has always been something that I've loved to do. I find so much joy in being able to recall even the most minuscule moment that made me laugh or smile because I can feel that moment all over again. I've always been one to love looking through the photos and videos in my camera roll to get glimpses of past memories. To continue to do this, and even have it in a more organized way, one of my New's Years Resolutions is to take a one-second video each day so I can look back and re-live great moments from the past year. I found and starting using the app "1 Second Everyday" to help me create my 2019 video.

I wanted to do this for 2019 for many reasons. One reason is that I will have something so meaningful to watch as the year continues on. I love that I will be able to capture so many different moments full of happiness and laughter and everything else. I'm already 20 days into January, and I love that all those memories are already stored and can be looked at whenever. I'm so excited to see how the finished project will turn out and how it will be such a good reminder of my year. This project will remind me of my 2019, the good and the bad. It will be a collection of my year, everything that helped me grow in 2019 can be documented throughout this project. I will be able to capture really exciting, big moments, but also small moments that have just as much meaning to me.

Another reason I wanted to make this video this year is because it will help me to focus on happiness. Picking a second each day to capture has already helped me focus on the things I am most thankful and grateful for. I want to focus more on everything in life I have to be thankful for, and this video is a great reminder of those people, moments, and things in my life that bring me happiness. Its so easy to get caught up in the difficult and stressful moments of life, and picking a second each day will remind me of all the good moments in times of stress. I can't wait to watch this video in 2020 and I'll be able to be reminded of all the things that made my 2019 and contributed to my happiness.

I've already watched by 20-second video a few times, which might be cheating the video a little bit, but I can't help it because I love being able to see the meaningful moments in my 2019 so far. It has been and will continue to be such a good reminder of what makes me happy and the things I have to be grateful for. I'm really hoping I can continue this throughout the whole year so I have the full year captured to look on to. I can't wait to see what this year has in store and to be able to watch it all over again and the end will be such a meaningful moment.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
