A Rower's Wishlist

As a rower, there are certain things that, during the crew season, I run out of or simply just need to get.

1. TAPE!

I go through maybe a roll and a half to 2 rolls a season. Personally, I find this roll to be the best because it's waterproof and cushioned so it irritates blisters less.

2. Spandex

When you've got practice every morning and regattas on the weekends it's important to have plenty on hand.

3. This tool that everyone needs, which includes a 7/16 wrench and a wingnut wrench.

4. Anything with a U.S. Rowing logo on it.

5. Pogies

Personally I've never used them but some of my past team mates have liked them.

6. Ergs

A necessary evil.

7. The Swingulator

While ergs are great for staying in shape, this new contraption was created in 2013 to help with technique off the water.

8. JL Racing hats

9. NK speed coach

10. Rowing jewelry

11. Socks!

12. Things that have witty sayings about rowing.

13. Food. Rowers are like bottomless pits so there is no such thing as too much food.
