With season two of Thirteen Reasons Why being released this past month, it has started a conversation.

It has triggered many, and it has opened the discussion of suicide, mental illness, bullying, sexual assault and so many other things up that are all too common in today’s society.

While Hannah Baker had “thirteen reasons why” and recorded those tapes before taking her own life, there are hundreds of reasons why not to commit suicide.

I was intrigued by the last episode of season two, when Mrs. Baker gives Clay, Hannah’s why not list.

This is for anyone struggling, anyone who is thinking of taking their own life and all the reasons that they should.

Stop, and think about all the reasons why not to take your own life.
Think about all the people who love you.
Think about your future, the life you have yet to live.

There are so many more reasons why not to, then why too.
