When someone tells you to think of something that makes you happy, one might think of their family, a significant other, or maybe the dream job they just got. But there are so many things that make us happy that we don't often think about. Even if it's just for a second, that little smile you get when you eat your favorite food or feel a nice breeze means something. With so many bad things happening in the world right now, sometimes it can be difficult to find hope in the world. So focus about those small, random things that bring you happiness. These are some of my reasons to love the world. Make your own or add to mine; just go and be happy.

3. Fresh sheets

4. Compliments from strangers

5. Little cat paws

6. Car concerts

7. Getting packages in the mail

8. Not having to set an alarm for the next day

9. Reading in the sun

10. A cold drink on a hot day

11. When your favorite show gets a new season on Netflix

12. Getting something you wanted on clearence

13. New haircuts

14. Looking back at old photos

15. Getting a good grade on a hard assignment

16. Finding a new hobby

17. Finishing a big project

18. Finally beating that video game
