It's no secret whenever we come home for our long holiday break all we want to do, as busy college students, is just take a break. I don't want to do any work I'm not getting paid for and I definitely don't want to answer any questions that make me think (and worry) about my future.

But I am home, and being home, I have to be social with people who have their lives together, or who actually have an idea of where they'll be in five years time, who's partial entertainment is prying into the life of a twenty-year-old. These people are my parents friends, and these are my reactions to their questions.

1. "So, what do you study again?"

2. "What do you actually do with that kind of degree?"

3. "How's your five-year plan working out?"

4. "How's the love life going?"

5. "Is he/she the one?"

6. "It'll happen eventually, right?"

7. "How's the sorority/ fraternity thing working out?"

8. "What are the grades looking like this semester?"

9. "So where does all that tuition money go?"

10. "Are you going to work over break or just be lazy around the house?"

11. "Are you going to spend time with friends from high school?"

12. "I guess you'll probably be catching up on that sleep?"

12. "Any summer internships yet?"

13. "Well have a great break! Before you know it you'll be back to school, right?"
