We all know that ever since the release of "To All The Boys I've Loved Before" no one can stop talking about Peter Kavinsky (me especially).
We also all know that Halloween is going to be here before we know it, and I am really hoping to see some Peter Kavinsky's out there.
Although I don't just want guys trying to look like Peter K, I want then trying to act like him also. I want the full package. If a cute guy pulls this off, guaranteed I will talk about it for months like I have with the real Peter K (thank you Noah Centineo and Netflix).
What girl doesn't want a boy to spin her around from her back pocket? Go across town to get her, her favorite snack? Move the popcorn before making a mess while having a pillow fight with their little sister?? Come one people, bring on Peter Kavinsky.
Honestly, girls don't want to just be treated like this for Halloween we want this all the time. The looks don't matter as much as their personality does. We really pay attention to not only how you treat us but to how you treat others. We notice when you are acting differently than normal, we notice when you are happier than normal. Girls don't just want a Peter Kavinsky because of his beautiful eyes, and his height, because when it comes down to it, it's his personality that is sticking with us girls.
This isn't to say we want all boys acting like Peter K, but we want some Peter-esque qualities when spending time with guys.
I'm also not saying to not dress up like Peter K for Halloween, because honestly girls (including myself) would be all in for it. It is definitely something I fully support. Give the girls what we want, and focus on your personality and how you love others and I promise girls will come running to you.
All in all, yes we want a Peter K, but you don't have to be Peter K to reach that goal, because honestly no boy will ever be as great as the real Peter Kavinsky. But we do want guys putting in a little more effort, because some of us girls are not the kind of girls to put ourselves completely out there like that.
