For centuries herbal teas have been doing wonders with their variety of herbs to take care of any ailments. There are herbal teas for almost anything such as lack of sleep and headaches. Teas are also relaxing and most can be enjoyed with a choice of hot or cold temperatures. There is an herbal tea for everyone! This list of herbal teas contains only the teas that I have personally tried and loved. I am positive you will love them too!

American Breakfast: Black Tea and Honey (Bigelow Brand)

This tasty drink is good hot or cold. It’s great fuel for in the mornings because it contains extra caffeine. This tea puts the spark right in me, because sleep just doesn’t happen sometimes. This drink has all natural ingredients like real tea extract. What’s even better is that it’s easy to find; even Walmart has it! I used to be a coffee addict in the mornings, but this tea really is better than coffee. If you want to spice up the flavor, this tea is great for adding additional flavors such as cherry syrup.

Celestial Seasonings: Sleepy Time Extra

This relaxing liquid comes in both original Sleepy Time and Sleepy Time Extra. I have tried both, but I prefer the Sleepy Time Extra because I can be hard to knock out. It is best at a hot temperature. This herbal tea is very soothing when I find myself having a hard time falling asleep. However, the box contains a warning that the company recommends the usage for adults only because it contains valerian (a natural sleep aid). This beverage contains additional ingredients of Chamomile, spearmint, lemongrass, etc (you can find more on the box). This herbal tea will have you winding down and ready for bed in no time!

Traditional Medicinals Throat Coat

Allergies are an absolute pain. Sore throats can be the worst. This Lemon Echinacea coats the irritated throat in a soothing liquid that can help ease the pain. This tea is best hot in order to gain the real effect. This herbal tea is caffeine free and contains all natural ingredients such as various roots, leaves, fruit peel, and bark. However, it is true that this tea has not been FDA approved, because it does not cure the sore throat. It does help soothe it. This Lemon Echinacea is one of the best treatment companions.

Twinings of London: Irish Breakfast

This caffeinated tea is not as strong in the energy boost as the American Breakfast, but it is a 100 percent pure black tea. It is a breakfast tea because it does help you get up and going. This liquid comes from places like Kenya and Indonesia. I believe this tea can be hot or cold, but I do prefer it hot. If you like strong black coffee, you will like this tea.

Celestial Seasonings: Honey Vanilla Chamomile

This non-caffeinated tea is a great companion when reading books or watching TV. When I need to sit back and relax during the day, this is the perfect tea for a break. It is flavorful in honey and vanilla. Its ingredients are all natural which is why it tastes so good!

Herbal teas are wonderful picks whether you find yourself tuckered out or too awake. They can help you, physically and mentally! Each one is rich in flavor! With the massive variety, you will never grow tired of it. Most herbal teas can be found easily at your local Kroger or Walmart. In fact, they can be found almost anywhere, even online. Stop dragging yourself when you are tired. Cease from suffering through the pain of a sore throat. Don’t toss and turn in the bed because you cannot sleep. Try herbal teas now! They will help you.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
