Dear Lord, I pray that you wrap your arms around everyone who's going through a rough time. We all struggle from time to time and I know that your arms are the only thing that can comfort us. I pray that you keep us from overthinking and doing things we'll regret. It sometimes seems that we try to find easy ways out and struggle with the fight to live or be with you. There's so much we have to live for Lord and I pray that you keep that in our minds and force us to see it. This world is slowly turning into something that is turning us into people that you didn't intend us to be with drugs and alcohol being the only things to ease our weary minds. As much as we long to be with you, we can't lose the fight and struggle with sin that easily. I pray we long to live for you and leave the life of sin behind, instead of long to leave this life and be with you. I hope you keep this in our minds as we go through any struggle we could face. You are the light we so need to follow. We should look and focus on the good things you do in our lives and forget about the bad and not dwell on them. I know it's hard and we think nothing will ever get better, but we have to remember that you give us these battles to make us stronger, not for us to give up. I pray you take the worry from our minds and hurt from our hearts so that we may live like you, love like you, and do like you in every way. Please take this pain away from our hearts and replace it with your love because it's not our time to meet you just yet.
